Returns
We only accept returns of products that are damaged or don't match with the description of what you ordered. Sorry, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Biogenetika kindly requests you to inspect the parcel upon receiving it. If you have received a damaged product, please contact us via email hello@biogenetika.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provide us with photo evidence for verification.
You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (30) thirty days of the purchase date, in the same condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund. Please note that every effort will be taken to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible. We will work together to get the goods you deserve to you as soon as possible.
